Effective October 9, 2026Last updated October 9, 2026

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and JumperNet Solutions Inc. (“ThreatCode”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a corporation incorporated under the laws of Canada with its registered office in Toronto, Ontario. By creating an account, accessing or using the ThreatCode platform available at threatcode.net (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2Description of Service

ThreatCode is an AI-powered security intelligence platform. It aggregates threat intelligence from public and commercial sources and applies large language models to summarise, contextualise and analyse it. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Intelligence feeds covering CVEs, APT and DFIR reporting, supply-chain incidents, dark-web activity, Web3 exploits and AI-security research
  • AI-generated summaries and strategic insight for individual items
  • AI-generated deep-dive reports on selected vulnerabilities
  • A weekly recap, including a downloadable PDF
  • Search, filtering, and the ability to publish an analysis to a public link

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

3Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including access to your email account and your Google sign-in — and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. ThreatCode is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

One account per person is permitted. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, free-trial restrictions or any other limitation. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Retention and deletion are governed by our Privacy Policy.

4Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

ThreatCode offers a free plan and a paid subscription, billed in USD:

  • Monthly plan: $20.00 per month
  • Annual plan: $200.00 per year, equivalent to $16.67 per month
  • AI credit pack: $10.00 one-time purchase, providing additional AI credits that do not expire while your subscription is active

Paid plans include monthly AI allowances as described on our pricing page. Pricing is subject to change; we will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change by email or through the Service.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers. By providing payment information, you authorise our payment processor to charge your payment method.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account page.

4.4 Taxes

Prices listed do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use or similar taxes, which will be added where required by law.

5Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

5.2 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact [email protected] within 30 days of the charge.

5.3 Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Account Credit Balance

AI credits purchased separately remain available while your subscription is active and are consumed according to the allowances described on our pricing page.

6Free Plan

ThreatCode offers a permanent free plan with limited AI usage — currently 3 AI summaries and 3 insights per day, and 1 deep-dive report per week. Free-plan access to AI features is subject to change with reasonable notice. Reading the intelligence feeds is free.

7Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to plan, facilitate or carry out any attack, intrusion or unlawful activity
  • Use the Service to facilitate any criminal offence, including extortion or fraud
  • Scrape, crawl or systematically extract content from the Service, or resell or redistribute our analysis without written permission
  • Circumvent usage limits, allowances or account restrictions
  • Interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer any part of the Service except as permitted by law
  • Use the Service to build a competing product

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of this section.

8Intellectual Property

All content, features and functionality of the Service — including our analysis, software, design and branding — are owned by JumperNet Solutions Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own internal purposes. Intelligence content that originates from third-party sources remains the property of those sources and is provided subject to their terms.

9AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated output can be incomplete, inaccurate or entirely wrong. Language models can produce plausible-sounding but incorrect statements. You must independently verify any AI-generated output before relying on it.

The Service uses artificial intelligence and large language models to generate summaries, insights and reports. That output does not represent our views or the views of any third-party source, and should not be treated as verified fact.

10No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, compliance, security, financial or investment advice, and nothing you read here creates a professional relationship of any kind.

ThreatCode provides security intelligence for informational purposes only. Decisions about your systems, your security posture or your investments are yours alone. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any information obtained through the Service.

11Third-Party Sources and Links

The Service aggregates content from third-party sources and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Threat intelligence is by nature incomplete and can change rapidly; the absence of a threat from our feeds does not mean that threat does not exist. Your use of third-party content is at your own risk and may be subject to the terms of those sources.

12Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH IT WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUMPERNET SOLUTIONS INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) CAD $100.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JumperNet Solutions Inc. and its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

15Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Indemnification — will survive.

16Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

17Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service, and we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
